All guests consent to the processing of personal data in line with UAE Data Protection Laws.

All bookings are based on a non-refundable rate. Cleaning and linen change services are available upon request for an additional fee.

In the case of no show, early departure, or cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged as a penalty. No refunds will be issued.

Guests are responsible for any damages or losses caused during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit, guests will be liable for the additional amount.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to reserve and stay at any Al Ashrafia Saray Vacation Home property.

• Check-in: From 15:00

• Check-out: By 12:00 noon on the day of departure
  Late check-outs may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

A refundable cash deposit of AED 1,000 is required at check-in. This deposit will be returned at check-out after a satisfactory inspection of the property.

Al Ashrafia Saray is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the guest’s stay.

Pets are not allowed on the premises.

The host reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund if a guest behaves in a disruptive, destructive, or unsafe manner. This includes breach of property rules, excessive noise, or complaints from neighbors.

The host may terminate the rental of the property without any refund if the guest behaves in a disruptive, destructive, or unreasonable manner, as determined by the supervisor of the Al Ashrafia Saray.

Guests must follow all building and community rules and regulations as set by the property developer or management.

A bank fee of AED 1,000 will be applied for any returned or dishonored cheques submitted by the guest.

Guests are strictly prohibited from sub-letting the unit to others during the booking period. Any violation will result in immediate eviction without refund, and the guest forfeits all rights under the current booking contract.

Guests must not engage in illegal, criminal, or prohibited acts that breach UAE law or community regulations. If such actions occur, the host reserves the right to:

• Terminate the stay immediately without refund

• Hold the guest liable for any damages caused during or as a result of such actions

The guest must return the property in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the booking. Otherwise, cleaning fees will be deducted from the security deposit
