Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking a holiday home with Al Ashrafia Saray Vacation Homes. By signing this form, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and consent to the use of your personal data in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.<br>

Consent to Data Use in Compliance with UAE Laws.
The price of the booking is based on a non-refundable room only basis. Cleaning and linen change services are available upon request for an extra charge.
In case of no show, cancellation, or early departure, the full amount of the booking will be charged as a penalty
The host reserves the right to deduct the cost of repairs to the property caused by negligence or misuse from the security deposit. If the security deposit is insufficient, the guest will be liable for an additional charge.
The guest must be over 21 years old to book a holiday home with Al Ashrafia Saray Vacation Homes.
The check-in time is at 15:00 and the check-out time is before 12:00 on the day of departure.
The guest must pay a security/damage deposit of 1000 AED in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded to the guest at the time of check-out, subject to inspection of the property.
The host is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings during the stay.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
The host may terminate the rental of the property without any refund if the guest behaves in a disruptive, destructive, or unreasonable manner, as determined by the supervisor of the Al Ashrafia Saray.
The guest must comply with the rules and regulations of the property developer/building community.
The guest will be charged a bank fee of 1000 AED for any returned or dishonored cheques.
The guest has no right to sub-let the property to another guest during the booking period. If the guest does so, the host may evict the guest from the premises and the guest will lose the right to the condition of this contract.
The guest must not engage in any illegal, criminal, or unlawful activities or acts that violate the local laws and bylaws. If the guest does so, the host may hold the guest responsible for all damages incurred during and after the offense and reject the booking of the property without any refund for the remaining period.
The guest must return the property in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the booking. Otherwise, cleaning fees will be deducted from the security deposit
